Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing fault

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn items
  • Washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Clearance or discounted items

Refund Process

  1. Contact us with photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
